There will come a time when you as a Mentor shall face your own Pupil.
A Pupil who is destined to now bare your burden.
Which is why it is only custom, that YOU, a seasoned Captain, shall test them.
Every 2 years [ 4 months IRL ] a seasoned Captain ( IF the rank quantity is full ) shall be challenged by ONE Enforcer (XV) of their choosing.
A responsible, skilled, and devoted Enforcer who shall carry on their burden for the next 2 years.
The chosen individual, if victorious, will then receive the Mentor's blessing; thus completing their passing into Sub-Dominance.

To celebrate the birth of the Coalition, a OOC bonding celebration will be held once every 2-3 months.
~ Games will be hosted.
~ 'Hunts' will take place.
~ Fun Raids.
~ Tournaments.
~ Promotions.
Hell, if ya' win, you may get some art of your character in return, or some other shit. Who knows!

As docile as we may be, there will be times when even the most placid of carnivores would want to go out and vent. To hunt down notorious beings willing to fight back. On certain nights, we the notorious Bairns of Burning Blood, shall gather and seek out victims to unleash our full carnage and feast on their feeble flesh as we once did under the wrath of man.
Forever they will remember us...
